Tony's School of Motoring is a driving school based in Athlone operated by Tony Mimnagh. Tony is very accomplished driving instructor. In addition to being approved by the Institute of Advanced Driving (IAD), through the Road Safety Authority (RSA), Tony is Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) qualified, Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) qualified and holds both Irish and International certificates of competence. Tony has been an Athlone driving instructor and providing driving lessons in the Athlone area since 2004.

At Tony's School of motoring they design a personalised driver tuition program to suit the individual needs and ability of the student. They adapt a progressive and logical approach to safer driving. They work with drivers of all levels and can progress total beginners to a standard of driving over and above that required for the Irish driving test. All lessons are conducted on a one-to-one basis in a calm and relaxed environment. Nervous and beginner drivers can relax in the knowledge that they are learning in a modern dual controlled car.

With such a highly qualified instructor the student can be assured the lessons they are receiving are of the highest standard and consequently should assure them success in the driving test.

 

Lessons can be taken in the students choice of car; a manual car or an automatic car. and Students are normally collected for lessons at the test centre in Athlone in the Mc Cormack Complex.
